RPO Corporate Development Manager (Recruitment Process Outsourcing Sales)

Our client is one of the largest providers of human resource outsourced service providers in the world. They deliver a range of end-to-end integrated outsourced services including payroll, BACS payments, performance management, flexible benefits and employee assistance programmes. Globally, the company services more than 25 million employees on behalf of 110,000 businesses and is one of the few providers delivering services locally and multi nationally.
They are pleased to announce that their latest offering to the marketplace will be a fully outsourced recruitment service. With this in mind, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Development Manager to join their progressive company.
The purpose of this role is to sell the companies Recruitment Outsourcing (RPO) Services to established clients, whilst developing new prospects at a conceptual level. This is a challenging role and you will be the driving force in developing the UK RPO service to the market from the ground up.
The post holder will be responsible for selling RPO solutions to blue-chip prospects and mid-corporate customers. This will involve a mixture of targeting new organisations and providing a further HR outsourced offering to existing clients. You will be expected to build relationships and influences with senior decision makers, internally and externally, in order to fully understand and act upon customer needs. You will also coordinate resources in the development of appropriate solutions and will use your exceptional sales skills to turn a new solution into a core business offering.
The successful candidate will possess a successful track record of selling a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) function and will have outstanding solutions sales experience. It is essential that you have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to translate ‘conceptual’ services into strategic business solutions. They are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills along with general business acumen and a desire to succeed in this challenging role.
