Job Description
This fulfilling role is to manage the secretarial teams within the Assurance practice. This role can be based in London or Uxbridge and covers the South East and London business units.
The successful candidate will (be):
Responsible for coordinating all secretarial staff (approx 50 ppl) across London and South East London.
Analysethe work procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Regularly consulting with Partners, Group Leaders and Operations teams.
Manage the performance for all secretarial staff through a continuous process of planning, coaching, and assessment.
The successful applicant will have proven managerialexposure in a professional services environment, including performance management, handling employee relations issues, teambuilding, training and development initiatives; and general administration of a sizeable department.
The successful candidatewill also demonstrate;
A pragmatic and objective approach to problem-solving.
Strong oral and written communication skills, evident in consulting and relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters and stressful situations.
High level of customer focus.
Ability to think strategically, and plan for medium and longer term, and engage with broad range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of the following software products: Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
