Here is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assessment specialist with excellent experience in a recruitment and/or Business HR role to join this leading financial services organisation. With responsibility for leading a regional team of assessment facilitators, this role requires a depth of understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques and attraction & selection methodology and proven experience of managing and delivering volume assessment and selection activities across a diverse and complex business. You will be working with Managers to develop and enhance their competence in recruitment and selection processes and techniques through a variety of coaching and training interventions and will also work in closely with internal and external contacts to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the overall recruitment process.
In addition to experience of the above, the successful applicant will ideally be BPS Level A & B Qualified and demonstrate previous experience of project planning and delivery, demand planning & resource forecasting, senior stakeholder management, budget management, statistical analysis and well developed business relationship and organisational diagnostic skills. Please note that this role will require regular regional travel.
