After a period of significant change and transformation, my client is looking for an Interim Recruitment Manager for an initial period of 6 months.
Based a the Head office in Merseyside you will work with the Functional line managers across the business to understand current and future recruitment requirements and work with them to identify successful candidates. You will also take responsibility to review the current processes and policies and ensure that all offers and dealt with appropriately but he shared services function.
Starting immediately, you will preferably have previous experience of working in a in-house role across all business areas. You will have experience of managing the full recruitment process from conception though to delivery. You will also have previously implemented policy and procedures ensuring that all recruitment processes run successfully. Only applicants who are immediately available will be considered for this role.
