Job Description
My successful public sector client is looking to appoint an Interim Recruitment Manager, for a period of 18 months.
The essential skills/experiences, which a successful candidate will need, are:
Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of recruitment
Keen eye for efficiency
Experience of asylum, immigration and CRB checks
Have previous knowledge of recruitment systems and procedures
It would be desirable for the candidates to have in house recruitment/resourcing experience
Once the successful candidate has been appointed they will be expected to:
Manage the recruitment team (14 advisors and assistants)
Lead the recruitment team during a period where they will be expected to recruit for circa 100 posts per month
