Today, with over 20 specialist recruitment divisions, the provision of temporary and permanent staff remains a core focus for Reed. Due to a period of expansion and promotion we are currently require a HR Consultant for our North West Division based on King St in Manchester
Working within an established Team of HR professionals you will be responsible for the building, developing and maximising of both new and existing business.
Providing a comprehensive, specialist service to clients across all Business Sectors you will be accountable for the complete recruitment cycle.
Day to day duties will consist of -
- Liaison with new and existing clients providing them a specialist recruitment service
- Screening, interviewing and meeting of potential candidates and clients within the HR Market
- Negotiation of Service Levels including Fees via the telephone and face to face with clients
- Progressively managing your own portfolio within the North West
- Designing and Implementing directed marketing campaigns
- Client Visits and Presentations
- Advising clients of the services Reed HR can provide both now and in the future
Ideally you will have had exposure within a previous sales capacity and thrive on providing a world class recruitment service. You will need to have excellent communication skills along with the tenacity to stand out amongst you competitors in what can be a highly competitive market. Having a pro-active approach to your business you will be able to influence decisions whilst meeting a business requirement.
