Job Description

Interim Human resources associate to cover a 6 month contract for large manufacturing/distribution company, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Based in Preston. The successful candidate will be working closely with the recruitment teams (both in-house and centralised), focussing on relationship management and delivering elements of the recruitment service to the function.
Key responsibilities:
Understanding of functional demand
High lighting best practice
Implement any process improvements or changes
Liaising with lead Recruiters and Managers
Ensure that all process' are completed to standard practice
Large Government Organisation £13-£18 p/hr dependant upon previous experience Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
