My client is going through an extended period of change and is seeking an INTERIM RECRUITMENT MANAGER to analyse their processes, their performance and look at ways at improving quality and efficiency within their recruitment cycle. Working under the head of HR you will be tasked with stripping the recruitment process and reviewing them with a view to improving service standards to the organisation. You will look at trends such as wastage, efficiency, and time management procedures with a view to making the department a well-oiled machine again! The company is a public sector organisation so this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to get some public sector experience on their CV, an excellent stepping stone to future contracts. The role will be for three months in the first instance however possibilities for extensions, temp to perm and other roles are endless within this organisation alone. Immediate start, circa £130 per day (£30K-£32K) on an agency timesheet basis (tax perks)
