The role is a challenging Recruitment Manager role. The role will involve the full cycle recruitment process,recruiting engineering professionals of all levels. This role will involve selection and interviewing, as well as working in conjunction with recruitment suppliers. The role is a challenging role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
• Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
• A track record of success within an engineering sector
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
