Job Description

My client, a leader within their field with global presence, are seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to join their expanding team. You will be in charge of the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing and screening candidates to undertaking the interviews. You will have a proven track record in successful recruitment cases on a national remit, preferably from an in-house environment. You will work closely with departmental managers to ensure all recruitment needs are suitably resourced. Experience in large-scale recruitment drives will be preferable, and the ability to pro-actively converse with all members of staff will be a necessity.
