Job Description
My client, one of the largest companies within the sector, is currently looking to expand their recruitment departments in the North West to develop and assist the future growth of the business.
Senior recruitment specialists are required to fulfil these diverse opportunities, which will include:-
- World-wide recruitment projects
- Search and Selection of candidates for diverse and varied roles from shop floor stewards right up to senior level management
- Headhunting & Executive Search and Selection
- E-recruitment
- Recruitment Strategy Design and Implementation
- Interviewing and Psychometric Testing
- Talent Pool Management
You will possess a minimum of 5 years' worth of recruitment expertise in an in-house position or search consultancy basis, preferably within the IT, Sales, Finance and Executive arenas and will be able to portray a professional an communicative manner at all times as well as preferable being MREC status.
Exact package is yet to be determined, although roles will be created within the Senior Recruitment Specialist and Resourcing & Recruitment Manager titles, and will command salaries ranging from £30k - £55k.
