Job Description

Here is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and highly organised individual with previous experience in a recruitment role to join this leading financial services organisation. As an Assessment Facilitator you will be responsible for working as part of a regional team to ensure the effective facilitation of recruitment assessment centres within a specified geographic region. This will involve a broad mix of facilitation, coordination and administrative duties that will include everything from ensuring the venue is fully set up and assessors are prepared for each assessment centre through to managing the flow of candidates between exercises and answering enquiries, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed to meet strict compliance standards and much more!

The successful applicant will possess prior experience in a recruitment role, ideally gained in a large, geographically dispersed environment and will hold the BPS Level A qualification in Psychometric Assessment. You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of online / offline assessment tools and techniques along with strong consultation & facilitation skills, excellent organisational skills, a methodical and structured approach to tasks and the ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen events. It is also important that applicants are flexible and able to be highly mobile within the region and hold a full UK driving licence. The client will also be quite flexible on a base location within the UK.
