The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UKs largest and most popular business of its kind. This role is to provide an expert resourcing consultancy service to the allocated client area on an interim basis.
The Role
As the Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for:
Working closely with HR Managers and their clients to identify internal and external recruitment needs, providing a consultancy service to the managers and advising on the most cost effective solutions and tools.
Lead and manage the delivery of an end-to-end recruitment process that provides the right candidates, at the right time, at the right price.
Establish and maintain an expert level of resourcing knowledge and a network of contacts to provide client areas with the relevant market data
The Person
Of graduate calibre with Recruitment experience possessing significant resourcing specialist knowledge covering the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection and internal resourcing together with experience of delivering both high volume and specialist recruitment. Ideally SHL training, you will offer specialist knowledge in the design and delivery of competency based assessment centres and techniques for recruitment and development. Excellent people management, communication and influencing skills are also essential for this role.
