Europe's leading media and marketing company, owned by the world's largest marketing communications group is currently seeking to appoint an In House Recruiter to deliver effective recruitment solutions to both internal and external clients.
As an accomplished recruitment professional, you will be familiar with working in a driven and often pressurised environment. This post will involve end to end recruitment processes across a broad spectrum of disciplines and at all levels including both senior and volume recruitment.
Working as an In House Recruitment specialist in a team environment, you will be responsible for the appointment of candidates to both internal and external clients using a wide range of channels efficiently and cost effectively. With a strong background in recruitment – either agency or in house - experience of telephone interviewing, database manipulation and a strong understanding of the direct sales sector, you will have a mature and flexible approach to business.
Naturally, you will have broad knowledge of recruitment best practice; exceptional commercial awareness; and possess the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external partners, often at senior management level.
