Recruitment Training and Performance Manager – Oxfordshire - up to £33,000 plus company car and benefits – Ref 5781
We have registered an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a key development and performance role, working for a thriving company in Oxfordshire.
The main purpose of the position is to become fully responsible and accountable for the recruitment, induction, training and development and ongoing performance management of all staff, ensuring that all of the above is aligned to the Company's working, culture & values and delivers to client key result areas, quality and key financial targets.
To be successful you should be a proven professional in training management with a thorough understanding of the key dynamics required for managing and motivating large teams. You will be results and customer service driven; and be proficient in performance and financial management with excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
The benefits offered are a salary of up to £33,000 plus company car; a discretionary bonus of up to 10%, 5 weeks' holiday, life assurance and private health care.
