Our client, a global technology and services group is seeking to appoint an experienced talent and resourcing soecialist into this newly created role at their EMEA head office in Surrey.
In this role you will have full responsibility across the EMEA region for the organisations talent management, succession planning, leadership development, executive recruiting and competancy model. You will partner with the business unit HR Directors in developing annual plans for development and executive recruiting. In addition you will be instrumental in driving individual senior management and executive employee development.
To succeed in this role you should have a strong record of sucess in the area of talent development gained within a corporate environment idealy within an EMEA or European wide context and the ability to build key relationships across the whole of an organisations structure.
