Reporting to the global head of MBA recruitment, you will assume responsibility for the recruitment of a number of Phd and MBA recruits. This is a high profile role and demands the ability to work closely with the top business schools globally to source high-calibre individuals. You will also work with the rest of the team on delivering innovative solutions and processes across all areas of the recruitment spectrum. Candidates will have a successful track record in managing leading or supportingPhd and/or MBA activity within a complex, sophisticated and ideally global environment
They will be a subject matter expert and as such will need to be:
- an expert resourcer and influencer
- an expert relationship Manager
- a business enabler;
- creative
- a multi-cultural professional
- a technical recruitment and selection expert
