Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Management the Recruitment Business Partner will be accountable for driving recruitment strategies on behalf of a specific employee function.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring trusted advisor status on recruitment needs within a designated employee function
Stakeholder management including influencing hiring managers, functional head and senior HR management team
Driving successful recruitment programmes minimising cost and time to hire
Developing and driving innovative candidate attraction strategies
Recruitment forecasting and talent pipelining including resources and talent management
Partnering and managing internal and external partners
The successful candidate for the Recruitment Business Partner role will be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
Proven track record of developing driving successful recruitment campaigns
Excellent communications, influencing and relationship building skills across all level
Demonstrable examples of innovative candidates attraction and employee branding strategies
Preferably degree educated.
Experience of working in a highly competitive constantly changing market sectors will be essential
