Recruitment Consultant - HR - Milton Keynes

The HR Recruitment division within Hudson has established itself as a market leader in Human Resources recruitment & talent acquisition, and has developed a strong presence and brand profile in the Northern Home Counties. As our business continues to grow both in strength and reputation, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to take responsibility for the further development of the HR business in Milton Keynes and the surrounding counties.

We successfully deliver HR recruitment solutions to an extensive client base across a variety of sectors including Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecoms and Public Sector. We handle roles across the whole HR spectrum from Resourcing to OD, Adviser to HR Director.

The HR Recruitment team in Milton Keynes have been established for a number of years, to achieve our success, our team combines teamwork, high energy, creativity and fun into the day-to-day environment. Our consultants are specialists within their area, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, generate a high level of repeat business from both clients and candidates and have the commercial acumen that allows us to add value and challenge.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12 months recruitment sales experience OR a HR background with the ability to move into a sales orientated role. 
  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in new business development, client relationship management and business growth 
  • Ability to effectively establish and manage relationships with clients
