One of my best clients in the Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to pro-actively work within an already existing HR function. . Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will involve managing all site recruitment activity. You will plan and manage recruitment strategy and campaigns in collaboration with the line managers for both permanent and contract recruitment. Essentially I am looking for someone with a strong eye to detail that is currently in a Senior Recruitment position. It is essential that you are from a pharmaceutical background and you have a good understanding of recruitment market, methodologies and trends in this market.
