Recruitment Project Manager - Private Medical - URGENT ROLE - Interviews next week
Leading healthcare organisation requires a Recruitment Project Manager to join their HR team.
The role is to report to the new HR director and your remit will be the catalyst in their recruitment of healthcare professionals into their company.
These professionals will be rich and varied but will mostly be doctors and nurses at all levels.
You will be tasked with formulating project strategies to attract, retain and develop the recruitment programmes for full and part-time staff.
Ideally you will come from a recruitment background in a Deanery, NHS Trust or private medical company.
You will be able to assess an understand the barriers to recruit in this field and be able to formulate strategies to get around this pro-actively.
This role has the potential to develop into a more generalist HR role further down the line once the high volume projects are over (in c 2years).
My client will consider medical staff recruiters / recruitment consultants (doctors), NHS or private medical company recruitment managers or ideally a combination of both.
This is a highly challenging role where you will join a highly ambitious company where your work will directly affect your employers success.
