Job Description
Main Purpose:
The role of the Resourcing Specialist is to take responsibility for the sourcing, assessment, selection and hiring of personnel for one of the most successful blue-chip organisations in the world. Focussing on specific business areas, the Resourcing Specialist will provide a consultancy service to hiring managers and personnel partners to identify and specify key hiring requirements, agree and execute a resourcing plan in line with agreed targets and Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities extend to ensuring cost effective recruitment while delivering qualified and skilled candidates in response to business requirements.
Relationships:
Works closely with personnel administrators, Heads of HR local Personnel teams and hiring managers.
Liaises with external agencies and suppliers
UK Group Recruitment Manager.
Other Recruitment and Sourcing Managers, Resourcing Specialist, Recruitment Administrators and Resourcers.
Candidates, Associates and Contractors.
Degree Qualified or equivalent experience within Recruitment
Extensive hands on Resourcing and Selection experience.
IT literate. A proven working knowledge of HR policies, issues and current employment law.
Commercial awareness.
Experience of using a wide variety of sourcing channels including the internet, employee referral and advertising.
