Job Description
Working within a specialist recruitment team who provide operational and strategic business support you will be offering end to end recruitment solutions.
Your role will involve primarily recruiting with the assistance of external suppliers however there will be some direct recruitment upon occasion as deemed necessary. Additionally you will play a key role in managing processes and systems to ensure an efficient and best in practice resource.
A key part of this role is to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements, whist ensuring that the recruitment service is a value added part of the screening process.
You will be an experienced in-house recruiter, of graduate calibre, ideally with some exposure to the Hi-tech industry.
You will be able to demonstrate success operating in complex organisational structures during times of change, and will have gained exposure to a variety of recruiting models.

£35-40,000 with benefits.
