A major financial institution is looking for a Regional Recruitment and Assessment Associate to ensure the smooth running of assessment centres within the South East region.

As Regional Recruitment and Assessment Associate you will possess:
-BPS Level A
-UK driving license
-Strong understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques
-Thorough organisation skills
-Relationship approach to work
-Communication and influence skills

The main accountabilities of the Regional Recruitment and Assessment Associate will be to:
-Ensure that all materials are prepared
-Provide direct coaching and guidance
-Gathering all documentation and ensure that it is maintained
-Relay feedback to RPO and candidates as necessary
-Support manager in the delivery of education and training programs

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter to become more hands-on and become an ambassador for the brand.
