Can you sell? Are you able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, businesses and organisations? Our highly established client employ more than 10,000 staff, and they service over 30 million customers' employees on behalf of 100,000 businesses in the UK. A position has arisen for a RPO Development Manager to be based from Home but covering the Midlands and South East of England. The purpose of this position is to sell our clients RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service to their established clients, as well as developing relationships with new prospects / customers in order to drive sales and revenue. Applicants will be have experience in selling RPO Solutions to companies as well as managing existing ones. Display the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders and decision makers. Excellent communicative skills and rapport building techniques. There will be extensive travel encompassed with this position across the Midlands and South East of England, though this is a position that offers exceptional rewards and career prospects.
