Our client is not only a driving force within its sector but is also a truly global business.  Based in Swindon, and specifically within the Organisational Development Team, this role will report to the Head of OD and be responsible for all aspects of university liaison, graduate recruitment, talent management and fast track development schemes. Key responsibilities will be:-

• Developing good working relations with carefully selected European universities.
• Ensuring that annual targets for the employment of graduates are met.
• Ensuring that graduate hires receive all the support, professional development guidance and counselling needed after joining.
• Ensuring that senior line managers have visibility and buy in on all these initiatives.

Additionally, you will work with the wider European HR team and be a high profile participant in the rollout and management of corporate schemes for professional and personal development planning and organisation development.

There is no doubt that this will be a challenging and high profile assignment that is intended to be a developmental opportunity for the right person who aspires to an HR leadership career. 

Ideally we are looking for someone who can identify with "most" of the points on the list below;

• Evidence of designing and leading large scale graduate development programmes
• Experienced and commercially astute HR professional
• Proven track record of working with a business to implement tailored development solutions
• Confident communicator with excellent networking skills; must be a self starter
• Innovative, flexible, resilient, persuasive and pragmatic
• Strong customer focus and drive to deliver results
• International experience
• Evidence of being able to negotiate with and manage 3^rd parties
• Evidence of one to one coaching skills with a professional client base

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree, some professional HR experience and be CIPD qualified/part-qualified.  More important is a positive attitude, an aspirational mind set, effective communication skills and a passion for growing and development people and organisations.
