My client is looking to recruit an In-house recruiter for a 6-12 month duration. You will be based at their Head office in Surrey and will have full responsibility for the end to end recruitment process. * Working within a recruitment team, you will be liaising with line managers to provide recruitment solutions and advice on salaries, jobs and advertising methods. * You will need to maintain and build effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure they are provided with the relevant advice and guidance they require during the process * In addition to the operational recruitment activities such as interviewing, briefing agencies and negotiating rates, writing job specs, reviewing CVs you will have the opportunity to get involved with some project work. * Implement the head office recruitment communication plan to develop the company brand * Design and attend assessment days and be involved with the scoring and feedback sessions * Support the implementation of an online candidate management system Ideal candidate will have good internal recruitment experience and have some experience of managing assessment centres or working with an online candidate management system.
