Assessment Centre Officer Wales £22-26K The client is embarking on a large-scale recruitment project and requires Assessment Centre Officers to coordinate and facilitate the smooth running of recruitment assessment centres. This role would be ideal for a recruitment professional that doesn't want to sit at a desk all day as you will be responsible for a specific region and will have the opportunity to travel within this region. As Regional Recruitment and Assessment Associate you will possess: -Previous experience of coordinating and facilitating assessment centres -UK driving license -Strong understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques -Thorough organisation skills -Relationship approach to work -Communication and influence skills The main accountabilities of the Regional Recruitment and Assessment Associate will be to: -Ensure that all materials are prepared -Provide direct coaching and guidance -Gathering all documentation and ensure that it is maintained -Relay feedback to RPO and candidates as necessary -Support manager in the delivery of education and training programs This is a great opportunity for a recruiter to become more hands-on and become an ambassador for the brand. c-swt-76569a
