Job Description

This is a really great opportunity for someone having started within either a HR department responsible for the Recruitment Coordination or someone that has been a Recruitment Consultant and looking to go In-House.

The role:

Responsibilities:

„« Reporting in to the Lead Recruiter/Recruiter, the Coordinator should be fully focused on providing high quality work and establishing their own priorities
„« The Coordinator will need to combine efficient organizational and administrative skills, with practical computer usage
„« The role also requires a good understanding and the ability to follow the range of processes, procedures, systems and equipment to be utilized in carrying out assigned duties that are specific to the work of the team, these will include:

„« Attracting suitable candidates by means of advertising
„« Pre-screening candidate CVs
„« High concentration on scheduling for interviews
„« Liaising with Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Supplier to arrange interviews for candidates
„« Ensuring end-to-end application tracking process is compliant and efficient
„« Inputting candidate‘¦s details and CV‘¦s into the Talent Acquisition System
„« Scheduling and arranging travel for candidates attending interviews
„« Creating offer letter and contracts through the Talent Acquisition System
„« Working specifically with the Talent Acquisition System and ensuring the data has been updated accurately and in a timely manner for all hires

„« The ability to work as part of a team, supporting others in the provision of a flexible, efficient service
„« The role requires good communication and customer service skills. The role holder needs to communicate in a courteous manner with all contacts, both internal and external
„« Since the role may be exposed to sensitive information, the role holder is expected to maintain levels of confidentiality at all times
„« Partner with recruiter to understand what needs to be delivered and prioritize appropriately
„« Initiate background check process with HireRight

Experience/skills required:

„« Previous experience of working in an administrative or coordination role, within an HR / Recruitment environment
„« Must be capable of managing multiple work priorities effectively, in order to meet tight deadlines
„« Able to stay calm under pressure

„« Strong MS Office skills and the ability to produce high quality Word documents. A minimum level of intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
„« Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment process, as well as Internet recruitment channels
„« Hands on experience of an Applicant Tracking System a strong advantage
„« Good written and verbal communication skills
„« High attention to detail
„« Fluency in English and local language is essential for this role, however any other additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
