Can you manage large changes in the structure of an organisation?
This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills who can motivate a team via coaching, supporting and developing skills. You should come with a senior Hr background with skills in strategic HR and a history of working in large change management programmes.
You should also have CIPD or equivalent qualifications and have the ability to implement recruitment, reward and development strategies.
Ideally you would have some experience in a not for profit organisation but this is not essential although you should have a strong approach to a role with a lot of Autonomy. Your team includes officers, managers and other staff.
