Reporting to the Resourcing & Talent Manager, the successful candidate will cover a third of the country in this Regional role. You will be responsible for Managing the resourcing process for Retail Management and Head Chef positions by designing and implementing regional recruitment campaigns. You will interview and assess candidates and give candidate feedback and maintain contact with candidates in the talent bank. You will also be involved with the Development of Trainees in the Region as they work towards Management positions. You will co-ordinate the succession plans for the region, and also attend recruitment fairs.
You will have a proven track record in a recruitment role from either Retail, Hospitality or Leisure covering a Regional Role.
A Leisure company with a Midlands Head Office and sites across the UK.
