Reporting to the Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for ensuring all recruitment for your area is covered effectively and within set timescales.
You will:
Liaise with line managers regarding live vacancies
Assist with shortlist process and assessment centres
Interview and cover all offer management processes
Ensure all documentation for candidates in place
You will require:
A strong background in recruitment
An ability to work to deadlines and cover volume recruitment campaigns
Experience of working within a fast paced and driven recruitment environment
