Working for a large professional services organisation, based in Birmingham, you will work as part of the Recruitment Team.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating interviews
Build relationship with clients
maintain knowledge of PSL agency contacts
Liaise with other teams regarding administration of new starters and scheduling of inductions
Manage recruitment administration
Schedule meeting rooms
Liaise with managers regarding interview feedback
Marketing admin
Experience:
Relevant HR/Recruitment admin experience ideally within a service delivery team environment
Assertiveness when dealing with difficult internal and external customers
Strong team player
Used to working to high standards and deadlines in a fast paced environment
High level of Excel required
