Job Title: Resourcing Manager
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: c£35,000 + Bens

The Background

A great opportunity has just become available for a Resourcing Manager to work for a market-leading organisation with an enviable reputation and an excellent culture and people focused values. With a number of sites throughout the UK this role will provide a resourcing service to the transport and distribution side of the business.

The Role

Providing an expert resourcing consultancy service to the business area you will be responsible for implementing a resourcing strategy to meet and exceed the needs of the client area. Key accountabilities will include;

Working closely with HR Managers and their clients to identify internal and external recruitment needs, providing a consultancy service to the managers and advising on the most effective and efficient solutions and tools to meet a diverse range of senior level recruitment needs.
Lead and manage the delivery of an end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the business area has the right candidates, in the right place at the right time.
Establish and maintain an expert level of resourcing knowledge and a network of contacts to provide client areas with the relevant market data.
Build relationships with agencies and put together a PSL

The Person

With in-house recruitment experience gained within a transport or distribution organisation, you will have extensive experience of designing and delivering successful recruitment campaigns together with a good knowledge of selection testing and a variety of innovative resourcing methods together. In addition you will be a confident communicator with a commercial focus and proactive approach to developing innovative recruitment practices. You will be seeking to enjoy a role where you have the autonomy and support to develop and take forward this role and successfully deliver a first class recruitment service.
