Trainee Recruitment Consultant required- Based West Yorkshire (Wakefield)
This is an exciting opportunity within a very rapidly developing organisation. Our client deals specifically in niche markets within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. They are entering a phase of expansion and are looking to take on a trainee recruitment consultant/ business developer in order to grow their business to the next level.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated individual with a real desire to drive business forward for the company and for their own earning potential. A passion for success is crucial as only the most driven candidates will be considered. The client will consider highly motivated graduates, as well as candidates with some industry background.
Full training will be provided but candidates are expected to be able to creatively think and adapt to situations as they arise. They must be able to thrive in team environments and individually.
The role will be office based.
Key Skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise.
- Good working knowledge of computing systems
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with customers
- Ability to plan and coordinate projects.
- The foresight to spot opportunities in the markets.
- Being able to contribute with ideas, in order to move the company forward.
Preferable
-Some evidence of working in a recruitment based environment.
-Evidence of previous success.
15-18k Basic (dependant on experience)- OTE 30-40k.
