Unit Site Manager x 3

£30,000 + Basic Salary, 28 Days Holiday

We are working with one of the UK's leading service station groups in identifying a high calibre Unit Site Manager to join their organisation and take responsibility for a brand new state of the art store and its key operational aspects. With service stations featuring hotels, food courts, fast food restaurants and retail shopping, the group's offering is vast and they are in need of an individual who can step up to the challenge.
The Ideal candidate:
Experience in FMCG and/or fresh food essential
Must have managed over 500 food lines
Must be experienced in a Manual Ordering system
Management of 4+ junior managers
Management of a team of 20+ Team Members.
Perhaps you are currently a Store Manager/Deputy/Assistant or sector Manager within a food retail organisation with a strong background in FMCG.
You will have demonstrable operational and commercial knowledge and have proven yourself as a strong leader and developer of people. Key to this opportunity is someone who is enthusiastic, driven and has the desire to progress within an organisation.
