Job Description
This is a six month interim role although potential for extension or permanency. As part of the wider HR function this role reports in to a Head of HR and is responsible for the identification, attraction and development of talent throughout the business and inline with the internal and external corporate strategy. This role will support the supply of skills at all levels within the business and will identify appropriate talent channels and provide a robust talent programme. Initially the role will require a talent audit and report on the implementation of a strategy that can support short, medium and long term visions. You will be responsible for implementing a talent management system, review all the resourcing initiatives and their success. You will provide a robust succession plan and talent pipeline by establishing a strong undergraduate and post graduate talent pool by working with external bodies. You will look at brand and attraction methodologies to maximise the image and PR of the organisation as an employer of choice. You will also work closely with the Head of HR to plug skill gaps through development of management and future leaders. You will be CIPD qualified, experience in implementing talent schemes, strong resourcing experience and previous demonstrable experience of executing talent strategy. You will be a strong communicator, with high influencing and stakeholder management skills, results orientated with a strong customer focus.
