As a People Development Trainer you will be part of a Learning and Development team in charge of the full training cycle within this nationwide household name retail organisation. Your role will be to provide training support to stores within your remit. You will be heavily involved in delivery of soft skills training, as well as evaluating the impact of this. Working closely with the head office training team, you will support the design of training programmes.
This is a busy role that requires you to manage your workload and any ad-hoc projects that you might be involved in. As you will be travelling to stores on a regular basis, it is essential that you hold a driving license. Proactive and influential, you will be coaching and developing employees across the organisation. As a result, you will have experience in TNA, design, delivery and evaluation of soft skills training, as well as experience of coaching and development work.
It is desirable that you are CTP qualified.
