Job Description
My client a blue chip organization based within the Berkshire area is looking to recruit a HR Systems Advisor to join their large HR Function based at their head office. Reporting into the HR Director you will take full responsibility for the maintenance and development of the core HR systems and act as the go between person for questions and issues concerning them. You will take the lead in advising the business on the usage of the Oracle based HR system to ensure that as an organization we fully realise its full functionality and potential.
You will support all end users with any requirements they may have, delivering training to the HR Team and business users.
Another key aspect of this role is the ability to analyse large amounts of HR related data and to create and deliver reports to suit the needs of the business.
Day to day duties include:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for HRISMaintain and co-ordinate Oracle
Advanced Benefits (OAB) system
Validate and streamline data-entry processes and ensure alignment with global process initiatives
Create and distribute regular (such as monthly headcount reporting) and ad-hoc reports using Business Objects
Create and maintain HRIS user guides, manuals and appropriate documentation
Be involved in other HR Projects / responsibilities as required
The work is generally of a critical and/or confidential nature and some travel may be required
The ideal candidates will ideally have experience in a similar role and have very strong Oracle skills.
