A small but influential charity require a Training Development Manager to develop a blended learning strategy, managing 3rd party suppliers, designing courses, prioritising needs, e-learning and project management.
This is a key role operating strategically across the business, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Training in developing and implementing blended learning solutions. You will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that the strategy is operating effectively and efficiently. Management of the learning website including managing suppliers, managing the collaborative learning and increase the profile and use of the website is key to this role.
To be successful in this role you will have experience managing projects, training delivery, producing training materials, report writing and website development is essential for this role. Excellent analytical skills, strong written skills and attention to detail are important. Ideally you will have experience of e-learning content and design and some line management experience.
