An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a brand named service sector group with sites throughout the UK. Reporting into the People Development Director the successful applicant will take responsibility for the delivery of key strategic objectives incorporating the implementation of change programmes, development and promotion of best practice and the management of people projects. Candidates must have extensive generalist HR experience, preferably within a retail/service orientated organisation. Experience of working within a fluid, project driven environment would be beneficial as would a history of positively influencing change programmes.
