Development Manager Leading London Law Firm - £50k
Our client is looking for a Business Services Development Manager to lead and co-ordinate all aspects of the learning and development activity within the Business Services functions. You will provide advice on learning and development and identify organisational, team and individual learning needs across the business support functions and develop a strategy to meet them. Also creating effective learning solutions to meet identified needs and evaluate all learning activities across the business services functions to demonstrate the added value to the organisation.
You will also manage the business services training budget, resources, suppliers, and training facilities effectively and support employees through mentoring and coaching in regard to personal development and provide structured support to employees faced with organisational change. You will establish links with training agencies with the remit of promoting proactive continuous learning and development within the business services functions.
