Can you provide innovative Talent Management solutions, policies and products across the world? Your key areas of focus will be on enhancing the effectiveness of key processes for resourcing, succession management and development planning. You will participate in the development of global expertise processes and assess implications of global expertise projects for your clients - the marketing and R&D client groups. You will also be responsible for strengthening the talent supply and pipeline at all levels, as well as identify appropriate metrics to be tracked.
