Graduate Training Administrator, City - London Up to £18.00 per hour
A Graduate Training Administrator is required by a Leading Global provider of financial solutions based in the City to join immediately.
Duties will include to provide pre-program, on-site and post-program support to Divisional Program Manager during Graduate Induction Training Program, Training vendor, venue, equipment and all training logistics bookings, compilation of divisional graduate communications including brochures and Joining Instructions, responding to graduate queries and requests, updating of divisional graduate lists, assist with issuing name badges, participant lists, daily registration etc, organization and supervision of social events, maintenance of relationships with logistical support areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has similar previous experience along with Event Management experience and have excellent PC skills including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
