My client, a professional development institution requires a regional Trainer to join there HR function in London.
Working closely with the HR manager you will be expected to design and deliver training on soft skills including; Recruitment & Selection, Time Management and customer Service amongst others. You will also deal with appraisals.
This opportunity requires an experienced trainer who thrives on stand-up delivery to a variety of clients, from entry to management level. The ideal candidate will be prepared to take ownership and work autonomously but at the same time be a team-player.
You will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills and be educated to degree level or part CIPD qualified
If you are a trainer with a proven (UK experience )track record of delivering training on soft skills to large audiences and have a great working knowledge of different training techniques and learning styles, then this is the ideal role for you.
