Job Description
Our client, an internationally renowned luxury brand is seeking to appoint a creative Learning and Development Manager to join their Head Office population.
Your role as a Learning and Development Manager will be to support the Talent Development Director globally in identifying, managing, designing and delivering a progressive people development program which supports the capability requirements of the business. Key to this role is promoting a positive learning culture within a fast-paced and dynamic business.
In addition to identifying a variety of creative training solutions to meet the constantly changing needs of the business, the successful applicant can look forward to a wide range of responsibilities from identifying skill and knowledge requirements to delivering induction and development programmes and evaluating their effectiveness.
Your role will include:
* Development of Learning and Development strategy
* Sourcing of external training packages
* Team Development and Performance Management
* Management Development alongside HR Directors
* One - to - one coaching
