Job Description
Learning & HR Technology Co-ordinator £45,000 - £50,000
A major global integrated Energy Company and a market leader operating in oil and gas is looking for a Learning & HR Technology Co-ordinator. You will be the central point of contact for all training and will manage the Learning & Technology Analyst.
Key responsibilities:
To organise training for all domestic and international staff.
To fulfil the role of e-learning champion, facilitating the development and implementation of bespoke
and locally developed e-learning packages and programmes.
To develop training and education assistance policies, procedures and programmes.
To launch effective global training initiatives and manage the ongoing training activities and needs.
To be responsible for developing and delivering technical and leadership skills training to different
functions within the business.
To be responsible for identifying, designing and implementing new training solutions to achieve
business objectives.
To contribute to staff development and training that focuses on the use of e-learning and other learning technologies in teaching and learning.
To develop, deliver and coordinate the implementation of appropriate IT skills development
programme/s to support the identified needs of staff across the organisation.
To ensure that HR systems support, enhance and adhere to the Company's HSE Policy and there is full adherence to the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and standards.
To conduct regular data integrity exercises for the Recruitment Database.
To oversee the Processing SAP requisitions and invoices as required.
To develop and maintain the company website and all content on it, in reference to the development technical activity.
To manage and act as system supervisor for recruitment database and all data contained within it.
You will have the relevant degree (Preferably CIPD qualified) and have several years of working in a similar role. A good understanding of the training cycle for technical and skills training and a broad understanding of web and e-learning technologies. Previous experience of HR and recruitment databases essential and ideally possess some knowledge of FrontPage for editing web-pages. Ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate design and technical issues to a non-technical audience.
