My client is a leading professional body based in central London. Currently there is an immediate requirement for a Training Advisor who will come in an hit the ground running.
The successful candidate must be able to design and deliver their own training courses on a range of topics such as absence management, recruitment and selection, time management. You must also have experience of running appraisal systems and knowledge of 360 degree feedback.
You will have experience of working within the HR capacity and be from a non retail background
