An exciting opportunity has arisen for Training Advisor who will act as the lead advisor on training services across my clients group. Working closely with the HR Manager you will source and contribute to the delivery of high quality HR training and development on recruitment, time/absence management customer care and other areas.
The training will visibly contribute value and meet customer demand.
The Role
Coordinate objective setting and development scheme and promote the benefits of the scheme.
Analyse training and development requirements and source appropriate, timely and innovative events to meet requirements
Deliver in house training and team development events to support soft skill and management and team development
Assist with the development of an annual training plan for the organisation with reflects corporate objectives and includes measures of evaluating the impact of l+D activities
Ensure you are updated with and update managers with Employment Law and that revised HR policies and procedures are adhered too.
Assist with, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, offer letter and other generalist duties.
You
You will have experience of analysing training needs and delivering training solutions on recruitment, time management, absence management and other courses (Imperative*)
Excellent presentation skills
You will have experience of working with people of all levels
Coordination and delivery of training events
Payroll Process
You will also be proficient in the use of MS packages especially Excel. Knowledge of HR Pro will be an advantage.
