Due to the implementation of a new SAP HR System, my client is looking to recruit an Interim Training Manager for an initial 6 – 9 month period to ensure the used acceptance across the organisation.
Managing a team of about 20 trainers, you will be responsible to planning and delivering training to testing teams, systems teams and all users. This role will be the first point of contact for training in all phases of the programme and will liaise with 3rd party training providers to ensure the consistency and completeness of training content and delivery. You will analyse current processes and organisation structure to identify actual training needs and design relevant training packages to meet business requirements. You will plan and manage the delivery of training, and ensure that all activities are aligned to the objectives of the SAP system.
With excellent knowledge and experience of programme management techniques such as PRINCE or Harmony, you will have previous experience of managing the full train cycle for an SAP implementation,. You will undoubtedly have excellent organisational and planning skills, problem solving skills and a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. This position will be to start as soon as possible for an initial period of 6- 9months.
